1 · Acceptance

By creating an account or using DevOpser CRM (the “Service”), operated by DevOpser, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2 · The service

DevOpser CRM provides hosted form endpoints and a lightweight email CRM — capturing form submissions, storing contacts, and sending notification, autoresponder, and broadcast emails on your behalf.

3 · Free beta

• The Service is offered free of charge during the beta period. We may introduce paid plans later; we’ll give notice before charging you.
• Beta features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time. There is no uptime or support commitment during beta.
• Keep your own backup of any data you can’t afford to lose.

4 · Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for spam, phishing, malware, harassment, or anything illegal.
• Only email people who have agreed to hear from you, and comply with anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/PECR) that apply to you and your recipients.
• Don’t attempt to overload, probe, or circumvent the Service’s rate limits or security controls.

5 · Your data

You own the submissions and contact data you collect. You grant us permission to process and store it solely to operate the Service for you. You’re responsible for having the necessary consent to collect it and to email your contacts. Every broadcast includes a one-click unsubscribe and a physical mailing address, as the law requires.

6 · No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevOpser will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Because the beta is free, our total liability is limited accordingly.

8 · Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

9 · Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
